Ambiente Chicago provides catering, professional chefs, servers and bartenders for home parties, weddings, corporate events, and beyond. Armed with a fully certified staff and extensive culinary and beverage experience, we ensure our clients and guests enjoy their gatherings while we cover the setup, execution, and cleanup.
We source from local, environmentally responsible vendors and businesses when possible, and focus on fresh ingredients. While we can work with tofu, seitan and other meat substitutes in our vegetarian and vegan dishes, we far prefer to showcase vegetables rather than replace meat with processed alternatives. We enjoy creating healthy dishes, but love providing a good burger with house-made bourbon bacon jam.
We continuously search for ways to transform our environmental impact into a positive one. We use Collective Resource’s service to compost for our events, moving us ever closer to a zero-waste practice. We use compostable or recyclable serveware when disposables cannot be avoided. Utilizing reusable bags and refusing plastic bags and other waste whenever possible has long been a part of our operation. We are proud of our community, our practices, and our planet.
